sore i just got back from the doctors. i had to go for my physical for field hockey...im not allowed to play for at least a week because i pulled my hamstring. i have to ice it for the next two days and then heat it for the rest of the week three times a day and im supposed to take motrin or something for the next week and im not allowed to go to dance and i have to put a pillow under my leg when i sleep...this is ridiculous lol but at least i really cant go tomorrow because of work and next week is camp so ill have plenty of time to uninjure myself...
ok im going to have to cut this entry short because im being kicked off the computer...
